- Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all the tags intact.
- Any items purchased on discount or sale do not qualify for exchange.
- We do not offer refunds. All exchanges qualify for a store credit which can be used to purchase another article online.
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for sending the item back.
- International orders do not qualify for an exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time, before the order has been processed. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Rabia Sultan has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as out of stock, pricing errors, or if the credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
DELIVERY WITHIN PAKISTAN
All orders for delivery in Pakistan are shipped via Callcourier and Swyft.
All customers will be provided with a tracking No when the order is dispatched. This is also provided via text from the courier company.
After an order is placed, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our customer support department to confirm your order. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), If you fail to verify or attend the call after 3 attempts, your order will automatically be cancelled. Once verified, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days with delivery taking up to another 4 working days to deliver.
All orders above 2000 PKR automatically qualify for free shipping
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are shipped via DHL express or FedEx. All customers will be provided with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. The customer is responsible for any custom clearance or duty charges that may occur.
