DELIVERY WITHIN PAKISTAN

• All orders for delivery in Pakistan are shipped via Callcourier/PostEX.
• All customers will be provided with a tracking Id when the order is dispatched. This is also provided via text from the courier company.
• After an order is placed, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our customer support department to confirm your order. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), if you fail to verify or attend the call after 3 attempts, your order will automatically be cancelled. Once verified, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days with delivery taking up to another 4 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. All customers will be provided with a tracking Id once their order has been shipped. The customer is responsible for any customs clearance or duty charges that may occur.
