EXCHANGE POLICY

• Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all the tags intact.
• Any items purchased on discount or sale do not qualify for exchange.
• We do not offer refunds. All exchanges qualify for a store credit which can be used to purchase another article online.
• Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for sending the item back.
• International orders do not qualify for an exchange.
• Rabia Sultan has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• You may cancel your order at any time, before the order has been processed. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
• Rabia Sultan has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as out of stock, pricing errors, or if the credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
