Ok, so first, this dress has been made in a Velvet Satin Fabric. Some suppliers also call this as Silk Velvet Satin. The fabric literally has this Oomph factor. It feels so buttery soft and so lightweight and it has that rich sheen to it. When I made this, everyone was literally going crazy for the fabric and they wanted more. So, I haven't actually worn this one yet but the model just graces this so beautifully that you can see for yourself in the pictures. Sadly though you can't see the sheen in the pictures, but I'll make a video on my instagram, showcasing the fabric look and feel on closeup so that you know what you're buying. The shirt length again is 43" for this.

- Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all the tags intact.
- Any items purchased on discount or sale do not qualify for exchange.
- We do not offer refunds. All exchanges qualify for a store credit which can be used to purchase another article online.
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for sending the item back.
- International orders do not qualify for an exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time, before the order has been processed. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Rabia Sultan has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as out of stock, pricing errors, or if the credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
DELIVERY WITHIN PAKISTAN
All orders for delivery in Pakistan are shipped via Callcourier and Swyft.
All customers will be provided with a tracking No when the order is dispatched. This is also provided via text from the courier company.
After an order is placed, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our customer support department to confirm your order. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), If you fail to verify or attend the call after 3 attempts, your order will automatically be cancelled. Once verified, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days with delivery taking up to another 4 working days to deliver.
All orders above 2000 PKR automatically qualify for free shipping
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are shipped via DHL express or FedEx. All customers will be provided with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. The customer is responsible for any custom clearance or duty charges that may occur.
