This is a freshly tanned Brand New cow hide rug 

Each cow hide is pictured individually. This means what you see is what you will get.

Following is the hide size:

Size in inches: 66.5" x 65"

size in centimeters: 169 cm x 165 cm

Size is taken from the longest ends

 

The hides contain natural small holes. 

This hide has 5 small holes.

Only 2 of the holes are visible from the hair side.

Our cowhides look great on your floor. These can be thrown over a couch or hung on a wall. Our hides are also a favourite among designers and can be used for your crafts or upholstery needs!

Cowhides are a great fashion statement. These are great, low maintenance sturdy rugs that will complement your home and last a lifetime!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For everyday cleaning, vacuum clean your cowhide to remove dirt and dust that may have deposited on the hide. If you do not wish to vacuum, simply pick up and take the rug outside and shake it vigorously to loosed any dirt and debris that may have clung onto the hide.

If your rug starts to develop a smell over time, simply sprinkle your rug with a powder that contains deodorizers. Let it sit for a prescribed time and then vacuum clean to suck it all up.

If there is a spill or stain on your rug, quickly start by blotting up any excess liquid using a cotton cloth or a paper towel. Do not rub the stain, simply dab it out. If there is a stain, rub it clean using a damp rug dipped in a mild soap or shampoo solution. Then simply brush the hair in its direction when it's dry, using a hard bristle brush.

UNBOXING
The cowhides are folded several times and then packed to fit a flyer. When unpacking your cowhide, there may be some fold marks. Let the cowhide sit for a couple of days and the fold marks will disappear. For tough fold marks, place a heavy weight on the creases to flatten them out quickly.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all the tags intact.
  • Any items purchased on discount or sale do not qualify for exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds. All exchanges qualify for a store credit which can be used to purchase another article online.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for sending the item back.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time, before the order has been processed. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.

Rabia Sultan has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as out of stock, pricing errors, or if the credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

DELIVERY WITHIN PAKISTAN

All orders for delivery in Pakistan are shipped via Callcourier and Swyft.

All customers will be provided with a tracking No when the order is dispatched. This is also provided via text from the courier company.

After an order is placed, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our customer support department to confirm your order. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), If you fail to verify or attend the call after 3 attempts, your order will automatically be cancelled. Once verified, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days with delivery taking up to another 4 working days to deliver.

 

All orders above 2000 PKR automatically qualify for free shipping

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are shipped via DHL express or FedEx. All customers will be provided with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. The customer is responsible for any custom clearance or duty charges that may occur.
